Does anyone know how to make an anti-nail biting liquid?

I bite nails, and everything around them, unconsciously, while thinking about something else. Is there any easy liquid you can make from simple materials that tastes bad and can be applied to nails?Does anyone know how to make an anti-nail biting liquid?
There is a product on the market called ';Mavala Stop'; designed to prevent users from nail biting with it's bitter taste. It is colorless, so people won't know you're wearing it, or think you are wearing nail poish =)

The listed price on the link provided is $7.70 for a 10 ml bottle, though it may be cheaper if you do a little browsing, be it online or in a pharmacy.

Best of luck!Does anyone know how to make an anti-nail biting liquid?
dip your fingertips in jabenero juice or some other kind of really hot sauce
I bite my nails a dozen or so times a day. I've done it my entire life. All I have to do to stop is don't let myself do it when I want to.
NAIL POLISH REMOVER. Ughhh that stuff's so nasty.
have a good manicure , so your nails look good ...then condition your mind , when your nails start growing and looking even better, you will not want to bite them any more.

people try all sorts of stuff, but the mind generally wins every time.

They eat right through all the muti %26amp; potions, and burn their eyes and skin to boot....
If you don't like hot sauce use it .
Have you ever tried this? Simply put a large rubber band around your wrist. Every time you catch yourself biting your nails, simply give the rubber band a snap. Over a few weeks time, this should drastically reduce your nail biting as you become more and more conscious of it.
You can not make any solution. Simply go to a pharmacy to the section where you will find nail clippers. Look in that area and you will find several brand of liquid to help stop biting nails. It worked for my girlfriends husband who had the same problem.
I think they already make such a product. You might want to do a little research on the internet.
