wash it real good with spot remover it shuold work that happened to me dont worry
If the nail polish remover won't get it out(acetone) nothing else will. Paint it over with same color as sweat pants whether you use nail polish, or paint.
I don't think you can get it out with anything. Besides bleach, but that would ruin your clothing aswell.

Try a different type of nail polish remover.
Stainz-R-Out. It's banana oil and you can get it on ebay for about $13 shipped. It does work, my daughter got red nail polish all over my comforter and it came out.
