can this be done at home?someone i know is a guitarist[professional]who is using a fake nail on the thumb only instead of using a pick-but it needs to be able to sit around the shape of the nail better..any ideas ?thanksCan plastic and acrylic nails be moulded to fit the contour of the nail and if so how is this done?
My friend bought a kit from walmart where she could do her own acrylics. You just have to glue the tip on and cut it/shape it how you want and then put on the acrylic. If you know anything about acrylics, its a powder that when you add water, it turns into gel and you shape it to your finger. I'm sure that would work well.
