GET THAT DOG TO THE VET TODAY. Or if your regular vet cannot accomodate you, take your dog to the Emergency Vet. A nail can tear things up inside.
The only way to know for sure is to take her immediately to your vet and have them do an x-ray. Swallowing a nail can do serious damage to your dog's intestinal tract and lead to death. Make that call NOW!
