An interview is 10% word choice/question answers and 90% body language.
here are a few tips: Start off with a strong, firm handshake. Make shure your dress accordingly with a suit, tie, and some nice shoes. Don't fidget or move around as much. Sound like you excited, not nervous, but don't be too overwhelming. and most of all, don't touch things on his desk unless he asks you toDoes anyone have any tips on how to nail the perfect interview?
Know a little about the job you are applying for. I hate interviewing people and they don't even know what the business does. The internet has job interview questions, print some off and practice with friends or family. Maybe tape the practice interview so you can see if you are doing something wrong. Dress nice. It really is hard with the economy, so some people here are taking jobs in temp agencies hoping it leads to full time work. They showed a guy on the news who is a PHD and is bagging groceries. One man had 3 degrees and speaks 3 languages and he has a job as a janitor. They had a job fair for a business and 600 people applied for the three jobs available. It is tough, good luck.
